Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 09, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal and business information is collected, used, and protected when you visit Quilveron or engage our digital consulting services—specifically regarding Google Business Profile (GBP) compliance, audits, and algorithmic suspension recoveries.

We operate as an independent consultancy. We treat your entity data with the highest level of confidentiality, operating under strict forensic and risk-management protocols.

1. Information We Collect

A. Data Collected via the Diagnostic Triage Portal

When you submit a case through our intake portal, we collect the following information to perform an initial algorithmic assessment:

  • Contact Information: Your full name and work email address.
  • Entity Information: Legal business name, Google Maps URLs, and current profile status (e.g., Suspended, Disabled, Ranking Drop).
  • Case Details: The description of your algorithmic situation, recent profile edits, or history of penalties.

B. Data Collected for the “Verification Vault” (Client Engagements Only)

If we accept your case and activate a Service Pack (such as Suspension Recovery), we will request sensitive operational data required to satisfy Google’s verification guidelines. This may include:

  • Business Licenses or Articles of Incorporation.
  • Recent Utility Bills (Water, Gas, Electric).
  • Tax Documents (e.g., IRS CP-575 or local equivalents).
  • Photographic and video evidence of your physical location, permanent signage, and tools of the trade.

C. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, standard automated technologies may collect basic usage data, including your IP address, browser type, and time zone, to ensure the security and proper rendering of our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not collect data for generalized marketing. Your information is used strictly for operational, forensic, and compliance purposes:

  • To Perform Diagnostic Triage: To analyze your digital footprint and determine the root cause of algorithmic suppression.
  • To Execute Google Appeals: To submit official reinstatement requests to Google Support on your behalf, utilizing the evidence stored in your Verification Vault.
  • To Communicate: To send you strategy briefings, status reports, and updates regarding your case.
  • To Defend Market Share: To monitor your local market for spam and unauthorized third-party edits.

3. Sharing Your Personal & Business Information

We maintain a strict “need-to-know” policy. We only share your information in the following specific circumstances:

  • With Google LLC: This is the core of our service. To recover a suspended profile or verify an entity, we must submit your Verification Vault documents directly to Google’s Support and manual review teams.
  • With Essential Service Providers: We use secure third-party tools to facilitate our services, such as Web3Forms (to securely process our Triage intake form) and secure cloud infrastructure (to host your Verification Vault).
  • For Legal Compliance: We may share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to respond to a lawful request for information.

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party marketing agencies, lead generators, or competitors.

4. Data Retention and Security

When you submit a case or provide documents for your Verification Vault, we maintain this information strictly for the duration of our engagement or as long as necessary to protect your profile against recurring algorithmic loops.

You may request the deletion of your Verification Vault documents at any time after an engagement concludes. However, we may advise against immediate deletion if your profile remains in a highly monitored or “fragile” state with Google.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the GDPR for European residents, or the CCPA for California residents), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the email provided below.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes to our operational practices or for other legal and regulatory reasons.
