Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 09, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the forensic, recovery, or optimization services provided by Quilveron.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Quilveron, operating as an independent digital consultancy.
- Client (referred to as “You” or “Your”) means the business entity, individual, or authorized representative accessing or purchasing Our Service.
- Service refers to the forensic audits, Google Business Profile (GBP) suspension recovery, and algorithmic optimization services (Service Packs) offered by the Company.
- Verification Vault refers to the secure protocol where Client documents are stored to prove business legitimacy to search engines.
2. Independent Contractor & Non-Affiliation
Quilveron operates strictly as an independent algorithmic consultancy. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or employed by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any other search engine. We act solely as a third-party manager on Your behalf. Any decisions made by Google regarding profile suspensions, reinstatements, or search rankings are entirely at Google’s discretion.
3. Acknowledgment & Disclaimer of Guarantees
By engaging Our Services, You acknowledge that search engine algorithms and compliance guidelines are proprietary and frequently change. While Our methodology is driven by data science and compliance-first protocols designed to maximize success:
- We do not and cannot guarantee a #1 ranking, specific local map placements, or a guaranteed increase in traffic/revenue.
- We cannot guarantee that a suspended Google Business Profile will be reinstated. The final decision always rests with Google’s manual review team.
4. Client Obligations & “Entity Truth”
To execute Our protocols (especially within the Verification Vault), We require accurate legal documentation regarding Your business. You represent and warrant that:
- All documents provided (e.g., business licenses, utility bills, tax IDs) are 100% authentic and legally valid.
- Your business operates at the physical location stated and complies with Google’s representation guidelines.
Penalty for Falsification: If We discover that You have provided forged documents, fake addresses, or engaged in deceptive “black-hat” tactics, We reserve the right to terminate the engagement immediately without notice or refund. Quilveron assumes zero liability for permanent bans resulting from Client misrepresentation.
5. Payments and Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the labor-intensive, forensic nature of Our diagnostic audits, strategy briefings, and recovery appeals, substantial resources and proprietary intellectual property are deployed immediately upon engagement. Therefore, all payments for Service Packs are 100% non-refundable once the protocol has been activated, regardless of the final outcome determined by Google or any third-party platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Quilveron, its consultants, or suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damages for loss of profits or revenue due to algorithmic ranking drops.
- Business interruption caused by automated or manual profile suspensions.
- Loss of data or reputational harm.
Our total liability to You for any claims arising out of this engagement shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company for the specific Service Pack in dispute.
7. Intellectual Property
The methodologies, processes (including the “Diagnostic Triage” and “Verification Vault” protocols), and strategies deployed during Our engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quilveron. You may not replicate, resell, or distribute Our operational frameworks.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled first through informal negotiation.
